2025 MDHSA Art Exhibit

Our 2nd annual MDHSA Art Exhibit has been scheduled for Friday, March 7th, 2025 at the Family Life Worship Center, located at 4750 Buchanan Trail E. Waynesboro, PA 17268. 

All participants will arrive at 5:30 to set up their artwork. The show will be open to the public from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. All artwork must be taken home at the end of the show. 

Please note the guidelines set forth for participants. All students in grades K – 6 will be able to submit up to 3 pieces of artwork from the categories listed above. Students in grades 7 – 12 will be able to submit up to 3 pieces PER CATEGORY, not to exceed 8 total. If students have a portfolio of drawings that are inside a book, they may bring the entire book to display. These guidelines are set in order to provide ample space for each participant. Please fill out a separate registration form for each student who will be participating in the art exhibit.

How many pieces of artwork will your student be displaying? *

Students in grades K - 6 may submit up to 3 pieces of artwork from the categories listed below. Students in grades 7 - 12 may submit up to 8 pieces of artwork from the categories listed below (maximum of 3 per category, not to exceed 8 total). Students may include a portfolio of work with more than one drawing if it is inside a book. These guidelines are set in order to give ample space to each participant.

Bring your own computer/ipad if you are displaying digital art. We cannot promise it will be near an outlet, so make sure your battery is charged so it lasts for the entirety of the art exhibit.

Please provide a brief description of each piece of artwork your student will be displaying. Include an estimated size of the art so we can plan accordingly. *

All drawings will lie flat on the tables unless a student brings an easel/frame/stand to display their artwork on.

Avoidance of Controversial and/or Offensive Subject Matter *

• I understand that all artwork must be appropriate for a family friendly atmosphere. I will refrain from using/displaying any controversial and/or offensive subject matter.

This art exhibit is held at a church and is hosted by a non-profit christian organization. Please be respectful of the church property and abide by the family-friendly guidelines set forth for participants.
